RMI commits $415,000 to the Challenge Endowment

The Challenge Endowment got some serious funding at the 17th Micronesian Chief Executive Summit held in Guam. The Republic of the Marshall Islands presented a check to the Micronesia Conservation Trust for RMI's endowment, completing their orginal $2M committment from 2006.  In response, Conservation International presented a check for $350,000, an initial payment toward their 2006 $1M pledge to the RMI's endowment.
